Privacy policy
Short version: a contact form, Google Analytics, and nothing else. No advertising pixels, no data sold, no profiles built.
Who controls your data
This site is operated by Firefly (Firefly Systems Inc., 488 8th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States), which is the controller of any personal data you submit here.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
Depending on which option you select, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, location, and the details of your enquiry. It also records which page you were on when you submitted it and, if you arrived from an advertising campaign, the campaign parameters in the link you followed.
This data is sent to Monday.com, the customer relationship platform Firefly uses to manage enquiries. It is used to respond to you and to understand which content generates enquiries. Ticking the newsletter box, and only ticking it, adds you to Firefly's marketing list; you can unsubscribe from any message.
When you just read the site
Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics before storage. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party trackers beyond this.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another. The contact form stores campaign parameters in your browser for up to 30 days so that an enquiry can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. Blocking cookies in your browser stops both; the site works normally without them.
How long it is kept
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is active, and reviewed periodically after that. Analytics data follows Google Analytics 4 default retention. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Monday.com (enquiry storage), Google (analytics), and Firefly's own staff. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers, brokers, or list vendors.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in the EU or UK you have these rights under GDPR; if you are in California you have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we do not sell personal data, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
To make a request, use the contact form and say what you want done. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This is a business-to-business advertising resource. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it and the previous version is superseded from that date.
